It strengthens the security-specific parts of the Skeptic/Referee process.\n\n## Purpose\n\nTake suspected or confirmed security findings and answer:\n- Is the vulnerable path reachable?\n- Can an attacker control the input?\n- Are there existing mitigations?\n- How exploitable is it really?\n- What is the CVSS / PoC / impact level?\n\n## Inputs\n\nPrefer Bug Hunter-native artifacts:\n- `.bug-hunter/hunter-findings.json`\n- `.bug-hunter/threat-model.md`\n- `.bug-hunter/security-config.json`\n- `.bug-hunter/dep-findings.json` when dependency issues are involved\n\n## Workflow\n\n1. Read the findings and isolate the security ones.\n2. Trace reachability:\n   - EXTERNAL\n   - AUTHENTICATED\n   - INTERNAL\n   - UNREACHABLE\n3. Trace exploitability:\n   - EASY\n   - MEDIUM\n   - HARD\n   - NOT_EXPLOITABLE\n4. Check for mitigations already present in code, framework behavior, or deployment assumptions.\n5. For confirmed HIGH/CRITICAL security bugs, generate:\n   - exploitation path\n   - benign proof of concept\n   - CVSS vector + score\n6.
