matches real-world physics\n- **Anticipation** — small reverse motion before the main action (jump prep)\n- **Follow-through** — secondary parts continue after main motion stops (cape, hair)\n- **Squash & stretch** — exaggeration with shape keys or scale animation\n- **Arcs** — natural motion follows curves, not straight lines\n\n## Common pitfalls\n\n| Symptom | Fix |\n|---------|-----|\n| Robotic motion | Default Bezier is correct;
