This file marks the root of the CEOS repository.\n\nIf `.ceos` is not found, stop and tell the user: \"Not in a CEOS repository. For example, if a Rock is \"Raise $2.5M Seed Round\" and there's a fundraising event, note the connection.\n\n---\n\n### Mode: Add Events\n\nUse when creating new calendar events.\n\n#### Step 1: Collect Event Details\n\nFor each event, collect:\n\n1. **Date** — when does it happen? (must be `YYYY-MM-DD`)\n2. **Event name** — short, descriptive title\n3. **Type** — one of: `partner`, `market`, `fundraising`, `constraint`\n4. **Owner** — who is responsible? (use \"Team\" for constraints)\n5. **Notes** — optional context\n\n#### Step 2: Validate\n\n- Date is valid ISO 8601 format\n- Type is one of the 4 allowed values\n- Owner exists in `data/accountability.md` (or is \"Team\" for constraints)\n\n#### Step 3: Insert in Chronological Order\n\nRead the existing events table.
