Do **not** run `imcp-server` directly. Use the adapter's MCP tool\nsurface (search the available tools, then invoke).\n\n## Provisioning check (run at load)\n\nThis skill runs the installer's `--check` traversal on load (one `sw_vers` plus\na few `stat` calls; short-circuits instantly on non-macOS). If iMCP is not\nprovisioned it reports the gap and names the fix:\n\n```\npi-apple-tools-install\n```\n\nTerminal states mirror the CLI and the dashboard panel:\n`UNSUPPORTED_PLATFORM`, `OS_VERSION_UNKNOWN`, `OS_TOO_OLD`, `NO_INSTALL_METHOD`,\n`INSTALL_FAILED`, `CONFIG_UNPARSEABLE`, `CONFIG_WRITE_FAILED`,\n`READY_PENDING_GRANTS`.\n\n`READY` is NOT one of them.
