Gather Information\n- If user provides structured data, use directly\n- If user provides transcript, extract:\n  - Client info (name, company, email)\n  - Project context and title\n  - 4 main problems/pain points\n  - 4 proposed solutions/benefits\n  - Financial terms (duration, value, costs)\n- Ask for any missing critical information\n\n### 2.
